Ronald McDonald House hosting Round-Up birthday campaign Friday

AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Amarillo will celebrate its 41st year of serving area families with its Round-Up campaign Friday.

The Round-Up for RMHC Birthday Extravaganza will take place at all Amarillo area McDonald’s locations.

While customers can Round-Up all year long, organizers say the birthday campaign aims to help generate awareness and support for the program.

Customers will be able to round-up to the nearest dollar at kiosks, at the counter and in the drive-thru. They can participate by telling the person taking their order that they want to Round-Up for RMHC families.

Organizers say the charity has raised over $30,000 this year, which has provided 300 nights to families of children receiving medical treatment.
