‘Ketamine Queen’ may have called Matthew Perry ‘Chandler’ in secret texts

The detail emerged in court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com from the plea agreement signed by Sangha’s middleman and the alleged co-conspirator, Erik Fleming.

Prosecutors said that when Sangha communicated with Fleming about Perry, she referred to the actor “using the name of a well-known character that (he) portrayed on a television series.”

Perry played Chandler Bing in the smash hit NBC sitcom, friendshipwhich exploded in popularity over its 10-year run starting in 1994. Chandler, perhaps the actor’s most notable role, was one of the show’s six main characters.

The TV star’s comedic timing and seamless delivery launched him to household fame alongside his co-stars Jennifer Aniston, David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc, Lisa Kudrow and Courteney Cox. All six actors earned $1 million each for the series finale after coming together in negotiations with the show’s producers. They also earned sizeable royalties on replays.

Investigators say Sangha, Fleming and the other three charged in connection until Perry’s death they exploited the actor’s wealth and well-known addiction struggles for their own financial gain.

Fleming, 54, connected with Perry through a mutual friend and became the go-between to deliver ketamine to Sangha to the sitcom star’s personal assistant. Kenneth Iwamasawho is also charged in the case.

Perry gave Iwamasa money to look for underground sources of the medicine after becoming hooked regarding his legal ketamine therapy treatments, according to the lengthy indictment.
