Man charged with indecent exposure admits to using meth in White’s Road Park incident, police say

A Lansdale man is accused of exposing his penis to a woman in White’s Road Park Monday morning and asking her to help him masturbate while admittedly high on methamphetamine and marijuana.

According to the judicial documents.

At 8:50 a.m. Monday, police responded to White’s Road Park at 400 White’s Road for a report of a man under the influence of drugs exposing himself to a woman, according to the affidavit. The suspect was described as a white male wearing a black shirt and blue jeans, police said.

Upon arrival, one officer spoke with the victim while a second officer went in search of the man, later identified as Zampirri, police said. The victim told police she was walking in the park and Zampirri approached her with both hands in his pants, according to the affidavit.

Zampirri, police allege, told the victim he was “so high” and made a jerking motion in his pants. The victim became alarmed and continued to walk past Zampirri, police said.

As the victim made a lap around the paved path, she was accosted by Zampirri again, except this time, police allege, he had his penis out of his pants in his hand, pointed at her and begged- it will help him.

The victim ran in the opposite direction and called the police.

Zampirri, police said, was found walking through the woods in the park when he was stopped and asked to speak to police.

Police said Zampirri denied exposing himself to anyone in the park and did not meet anyone except police.

While speaking with Zampirri, police said he was sweating profusely, making erratic movements and unable to sit still. He told police he was using methamphetamine and smoking marijuana, according to the complaint.

Police said the victim identified Zampirri as the man who exposed himself to her.

When he was arrested at 9:10 a.m. for indecent exposure, Zampirri told police he had a bag of methamphetamine hidden in his boxers. At the station, a search turned up a small plastic bag in his trunks that contained only methamphetamine residue, police said.

Zampirri was unable to post $5,000 cash bail and was remanded to the county jail after an arraignment Monday. A preliminary hearing is set for September 11 at 10:30 a.m. before Magisterial District Judge Edward Levine.

All suspects and defendants are innocent until proven guilty. This story was compiled using public court records.
