Social media post leads to arrest of Yuma woman suspected of sexually abusing 14-year-old

A woman is accused of sexually assaulting a boy after he allegedly posted revealing content about her on social media, according to Yuma police.

Kacee Figueroa, 33, faces multiple felony charges, according to Yuma police, though specific charges have not yet been released.

Yuma police reported receiving a sex crime complaint, which led to an investigation that revealed a 14-year-old boy had posted videos on social media of a partially naked woman, later identified as Figueroa . The boy told police that he and the woman had a sexual encounter in June. Detectives also confirmed that Figueroa sent inappropriate images and videos of herself to the boy, police said.

Figueroa was located and arrested in the area of ​​the 2500 block of West 20th Street, according to police. Google Maps shows that this area includes residential homes and Centennial Middle School, located at 2650 W. 20th St. As of Saturday, county jail records did not list Figueroa as being in custody.
