Former Packers superstar Davante Adams projected to be traded in 2024

The 2024 National Football League season is almost here.

It’s been a long summer, but real football is finally here. It felt like forever since the last football game that had real implications. The Green Bay Packers will begin Week 1 action against the Philadelphia Eagles in less than a week on Friday, September 6th in Brazil.

The Packers have worked hard to get the roster ready to roll. Green Bay had to cut him down to 53 players and likely made some major moves.

Green Bay could look to make additions throughout the season, but at this point they’re probably done making major splashes. However, that doesn’t mean there won’t be other major league moves.

Bleacher Report’s Alex Ballentine compiled a list of “bold” trade proposals ahead of the 2024 season and mentioned former Packers star wide receiver Davante Adams as someone who could be traded.

“There has been a lot of trade speculation surrounding Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams this summer,” Ballentine said. “The buzz grew so loud that Adam’s agent had to come out and say the rumors were ‘baseless and baseless speculation’ and noted that Adams is ‘expected to be with the Raiders…’”

Adams’ frustration with the quarterback situation was captured on Netflix’s ‘Receiver.’ It’s fair to wonder how he’ll fare if the offense doesn’t improve in 2024. (Gardner Minshew) ranked 23rd in the league in passer catch rate, Per Player Profiler, the 31-year-old has two years of his contract with the Raiders, but the team would shell out $17.5 million and the money is not guaranteed for the final two years Adams trade rumors are a hot topic again during the offseason.”
