Apple has probably just leaked the iPhone 16 release date

Apple is notorious for keeping leaks under control. Even in today’s world where almost every detail of Google’s upcoming Pixel phone is leaking, most rumors about the next iPhone are just that: rumors.

If anything does leak, it’s usually ultra-rare and comes from a trusted source like Mark Gurman or… Mark Gurman. It’s even rarer for Apple to leak anything about its own products. It almost never happens…unless you’re trying to open an Apple Store in time for an iPhone release.
